Beech Lake has the county’s marina and takes larger boats. Natchez Trace State Park rents boats on Brown’s Creek, Pin Oak and Cub lakes. Cub Lake takes park rental boats only. The smaller Beech River pools are single-lane ramps suited to jonboats and small bass boats; Dogwood’s ramp is steep.
