Everything on Tennessee Fishing Spots is published for general information. Fishing regulations, access, water levels and lake conditions change, sometimes without notice and sometimes in the middle of a season.
Before you fish, confirm current regulations with the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. Before you launch, check current conditions and generation schedules with TVA or the US Army Corps of Engineers for the water you are on. Tailwaters in particular can rise several feet in minutes once generation starts.
Access and safety
Public access can change. A ramp listed here may close, a lease may end, and a road crossing that was public right of way may be posted. Respect posted signage and private property on the ground, whatever this site says.
You are responsible for your own safety on the water, for boating law compliance including registration and boater education requirements, and for the safety of anyone with you.
