Seven Islands is a public boat launch on French Broad River in Knox County, Tennessee, run by the city.

Seven Islands is 9.0 miles north-west of Sevierville, the nearest town with its own page here. The county seat, Knoxville, is 13 miles to the west. The closest other public access is Seven Islands State Park, a few hundred yards to the north-east on the same water. For bait, Smitty’s Bait and Tackle in Knoxville is about 13 miles away.
