Tennessee Fishing Spots
Privacy Policy
Short, because the site collects very little.
What this site collects
Nothing at all unless you join the mailing list. Every county page, town page, spot list and licence page can be read with no account and no email address.
If you join the mailing list, the site stores the email address you give, so the email can be sent. That is the only thing stored about you.
The site uses standard server logs and basic traffic analytics, which record things like the pages requested and the general region a visit came from. It does not sell personal information.
Cookies and third parties
Affiliate links to retailers and booking platforms set their own cookies on the destination site, which is how a referral is credited. Those cookies are governed by the privacy policies of those companies, not by this one.
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your earlier visits to this site and other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on those visits.
You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before any personalised ad is shown.

The mailing list
Your address is used to send the email described on the mailing list page and for nothing else. It is not sold, rented or given to guides, shops or anyone advertising on the site.
Every email carries a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes the address.
